CSEngineering is looking to add a Cybersecurity Lead SME to our growing team! This position is within the DevSecOps Cybersecurity Team who focus on executing the cybersecurity strategy, to include the enterprise continuous authority to operate (cATO) documentation, policy, and execution; and support the shared environments at multiple security classification levels to include Unclassified and Secret environments.

CLIENT OVERVIEW:

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is establishing the Surface Combatant Software Factory to be managed by the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, AEGIS Combat Systems.

The Surface Combatant Software Factory provides a Government furnished virtual and physical ecosystem to foster Agile software development using DEVSECOPS tools and principles. The ecosystem furnishes: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline, an Innovation Hub, and cross-functional teams lead by Government Product Owners enabling capacity-based Agile development of mission applications supporting the delivery of capabilities to U.S Navy Surface Combatants and allied partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Secret

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity teams in same or similar programs
• Demonstrated knowledge in the following:
  • Zero Trust Architectures (Beyond Corp/Software Defined Perimeter)
  • NIST SP 800-53; NIST SP 800-190
  • Kubernetes Environments
  • Istio

Demonstrated knowledge in the following:

• Preparing guidance related to cybersecurity best practices within the framework of NIST publications
• Cyber penetration analysis (pen-testing and red/blue testing)
• Supporting systems in IL5/IL6 environments; experience supporting Continous-Authority to Operate (C-ATO) for on-site and remote development environments

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

  PREFERED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree
• CISSP and/or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
• Platform One experience a plus
