Partner Relations – Accounts Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join our Partner Relations team! This position will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth business operations across all regional service areas.

Our goal is to provide a quality service and experience for both our clients and network of industry partners.

What you’d be doing:

• Coordinate and complete Trade Partner onboarding process, including:
• Input new information and updating records in business systems
• Verify and file compliance documentation
• Deliver welcome packets
• Effectively communicate with all levels of business inside and outside the company
• Administrate department invoicing and billing processes
• Aid in designing and communicating agreements with existing Trade Partners
• Perform routine internal system audits to ensure accuracy 
• Identify areas of opportunity to increase divisional growth and drive operational success
• Develop new partner relationships using lead generation methods
• Potential for travel to ensure quality of service

What you bring to the table:

• 3+ years of related industry/administration experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding of exterior facility maintenance and services
• Experience delivering reports to streamline operational and sales decision making to ensure success in profitability, productivity, and future growth
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, E-Mail, Google Docs
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to creatively solve problems both as a team and individually
• Professional demeanor and communicator via phone, email, etc…
• Maintain a positive and easy-going attitude!
