About this role

DataRobot is searching for a creative, resourceful, and collaborative Content Marketing Manager focused on the Public Sector. In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to work with a public policy forward company whose core values are to change the world for the better with AI and define artificial intelligence in the public policy space. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short and long-term goals
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets that effectively message the global impact of DataRobot’s platform
  • Collaborate with technical team members to translate highly technical concepts to produce high quality content
  • Develop messaging and branding for marketing the Public Sector and expand digital footprint and brand awareness
  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
  • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Edit, proofread and improve content
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Analyze web traffic metrics
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

 

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in content development and strategic campaign management 
  • Ability to drive thought leadership pipeline development, ensuring voice and tone is consistent across communications internally and externally
  • Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and diligence in a deadline-oriented environment 
  • Hard working with a “no task is too small” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond stated responsibilities
  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager developing engaging content to attract and retain customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Preferred experience in the public sector supporting federal government customers
