DENTCO Quality Service Inspector - Tacoma / Renton Salary in the United States

We pay an hourly rate starting at $12.50, plus mileage along with reimbursable business expenses.  Ideal for retiree or someone looking for part-time work.  The work is part-time based on number of properties and scheduling of routes.  One month you could have 10 days of work and the following month it could be less or more.  The routes are scheduled as full days and not partial days as a general rule of thumb. There is the possibility of an overnight stay if needed due to the route being longer than a days work.  

We need someone to inspect and document exterior conditions of commercial properties. Inspections entail walking throughout the property documenting and taking pictures of the landscaping, irrigation, parking lots, etc.  Inspection information and pictures are entered into the computer while on location and reviewed with location management.  An ideal position for retired individual with a versatile schedule who wishes to be active and generate some income doing so.  This will require travel throughout the local/regional area. Occasional overnights may be necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A smile, positive attitude and service oriented with good communication skills.  General exterior maintenance knowledge preferred.  Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office including Excel, doing data entry, and basic computer skills. Dependable transportation and State DMV Record required.  Must have or are willing to get and maintain auto liability policy coverage of $500,000.
