About the Role

The Associate Director of Client Success is a strategic, highly visible role within ERGO and is essential for driving ERGO’s growth and the perfection of our craft. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, nurturing junior talent and directing day-to-day project deliverables.

  • Be a trusted partner and the first call a client makes when they have a problem to solve.
  • Own client strategy and lead planning initiatives, thought-leadership, workshops and other meetings to strengthen ERGO’s position.
  • Ability to craft mind-blowing strategic decks and deliver them in a way that is articulate and engaging.
  • Help navigate the invisible barriers within client organizations (politics and relationships).  
  • Amass a deep knowledge of competitive and industry landscape to guide your clients’ business objectives.
  • Embrace a data-driven culture and translate findings into actionable insights for clients.
  • Implement processes and set expectations internally to elevate the work that ERGO produces.
  • Translate your client’s strategic priorities into actionable project plans.
  • Lead the team to ensure daily deliverables are completed with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Connect the dots between internal teams to make the work smarter, more effective and more efficient.
  • Apply insightful thinking to every client initiative and expand every project to align with ERGO goals.
  • Constantly evaluate client relationships and guide the team to consistently improve.
  • Participate in New Business initiatives, supporting pitches as needed.
  • Guide direct reports through coaching, training and identifying areas of growth.
  • Understand the larger financial picture and impacts on margins and revenue targets.
  • Manage program-related finances with clients at a regular cadence to ensure they understand health of the program (SOWs, forecast/burn, etc.).
