We are looking for an experienced administrator to prioritize, coordinate, and lead events for the local office. You will provide a high degree of administrative support and service to managers, leadership teams, and where applicable, to other team members.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support the local team with day-to-day administrative tasks and the use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools
  • Support with international travel arrangements including but not limited to flights, transportation, hotels, etc.
  • Handle Executive expense reports, invoice payments, tax activities, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings within and outside of Ericsson by networking with other admins
  • Plan and organize internal and external e.g. events, meetings, workshops, training for all departments
  • Handle all HR/ITM/IT related administration and other Occupational Health and Safety activities
  • Coordinate the agenda, materials, and notes from team meetings, follow up on action points and be an active member within the team
  • Support in crafting communication to/from the heads of units, both internally and externally
  • Continuously shoot for efficiency, improvements, and accomplishments in service delivery

To be successful, you have:

  • Proven experience as an assistant supporting a large corporation or organization with all levels of leadership
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other software, preferably in Concur, SAP and conference equipment
  • Proactive and forward-thinking
  • Flexibility and comfort with working with deadlines and budget restraints
  • Proficiency in English
  • Outstanding planning and time management skills
  • The ability and desire to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Service skills and ability to work in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and email interpersonal skills

You also have:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to support the business as needed
  • Experience working in a complex global environment with planning across multiple time zones
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
