ESPIRE DENTAL Dental Treatment and Benefit Coordinator Salary in the United States

ESPIRE Dental’s Cherry Creek location is seeking an experience front office treatment and benefits coordinator, a.k.a. "Happiness Ambassador"!
The Happiness Ambassador position is a key position in our practice, and is responsible for delivering and ensuring extraordinary patient experiences by creating personalized moments for patients through moments of pride, joy and trust.  
Prior dental experience is required, and dental front office experience is preferred.

 You will

• Build outstanding relationships with patients and Espire team members.
• Work directly with your front office team and the other support teams on a day to day basis to help drive exceptional patient care and experiences.
• Participate in and embrace daily feedback and coaching opportunities both personally and as a team to drive change and achieve elite execution.
• Be the day to day direct point of contact for patients and the practice teams, and communicate in a concise and timely manner.
• Be a patient care and dental experience expert by assisting patients from multiple communication platforms in scheduling.
• Be a Patient Care Navigator
  • Take inbound patient calls and make outbound patient calls for scheduling, appointments and treatment planning
  • Diffuse difficult patient calls
  • Alleviate patient concerns and direct patient questions appropriately
  • Follow up with patient communications
  • Create personal patient connections by creating a "WOW" experience
  • Verify dental insurance and accurately enter benefit details in a timely fashion
  • Confidently present large treatment plans
  • Schedule appointments intentionally and with attention to detail
