Job Description

Our beautiful and established dental practice is seeking a talented and experienced Front Office Patient Experience Coordinator! Our office is located in the southeast Cherry Creek / Glendale area. Formerly known as Levin Family Dental, our office has been seeing patients and their families for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on creating a world class dental experience for patients, and have built our practice with the foundation of taking amazing care of our employees so that they can take equally amazing care of our patients. We believe in empowering you to become the best version of yourself so that you have the tools to play a key role in welcoming patients and creating personalized experiences for them and their families. You will see first-hand and take part in changing lives, beginning with your own and those around you.
This position will mainly consist of general dental front office duties such as phone calls, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, treatment planning, payment collection and entry/update of patient demographic information.

Three Smiles Leadership

  • The Dental Team - As a Happiness Ambassador, you will be a contributor to the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return.  With the support of your office manager (aka "World Leader") and doctor leader (aka "Smile Creator"), you will serve on a team of 3-5 team members to change lives, one smile at a time.
  • The Patient - As a Happiness Ambassador of the practice, you are the gatekeeper of the patient journey.  Beginning with your welcoming smile, you will greet patients and guide them through their journey to oral health and happiness.  When a patient smiles, you have changed a life.  You will feel this every day as you and those you lead have fun, lead bravely, and create greatness for all.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of dental front office experience is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
  • Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems

  • No blaming, complaining, or defending
