The Opportunity

Examinetics is looking for someone with a passion for customer service to join our Client Engagement team as an Account Manager. We need someone to become a subject matter expert and assist clients with their occupational health programs.

Account Managers help our clients gain the optimal client experience. They develop long-term relationships with a small portfolio of clients, as well as support all clients with issue resolution. Account Managers are the liaison between clients and our internal teams (including operations, medical teams, and data processing) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

The Account Manager supports our goal to deliver industry-leading client experience and drive high client retention rates. They ensure our clients are satisfied and are aware of our highest value services. Account Managers also support the sales team and welcome new clients by delivering onboarding presentations and implementation for new contacts.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for an assigned client list, and the communication liaison between those clients and our internal teams
  • Routinely work with clients to build strong relationships that maintain satisfaction, ensure correct services are delivered, and provide information about new products and services
  • Conduct webinars to drive early engagement during onboarding with new clients
  • Help all clients with issue resolution, problems and complaints
  • Communicate with clients as needed for routine check-in or special projects
  • Document all interactions accurately utilizing Salesforce CRM and other tools
  • Occasionally assist sales team with new business pitches and request for proposals
  • Help manage projects such as product and service improvements
  • Drive quarterly internal client reviews

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years interaction with potential or current clients
  • 1-3 years CRM system use

  • Able to create strategy for client retention
  • Your friends describe you as level headed, able to maintain composure in difficult situations and a “go-to” person to get things done
