EXAMINETICS Director, Field Operations Salary in the United States

Summary:

The largest provider of workforce health solutions in the nation is looking for a Director of Field Operations to help lead our team of Supervisors and 100 field technicians. Examinetics is in Overland Park, KS and has been offering occupational health screening services to industries across the U.S. for over 30 years.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide a sense of community to a team of technicians geographically separated.
• Identify and create business and organizational processes to achieve service goals.
• Pursue opportunities to improve business and organizational processes to strengthen client partnerships and enhance efficiency of our technicians.
• Develop, implement, and manage the feedback loop for continuous quality improvement.

• Facilitate process improvement, utilizing benchmarking and analysis to heighten efficiencies.
• Possess a track record of designing, establishing, and modeling business processes.
• Be a change-agent.  Willing to roll-up their sleeves to help advance the company.

The successful candidate will:

• Have 7 years in business process improvements and 5 years as a department Manager or Director.
• Have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Operations Management, or comparable work experience.
• Have BPM or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office. Most notably in Excel.
• Reside within a commutable distance from the home office in Overland Park, KS.
• Effectively lead the team and willingly engage in open, honest communication.
