As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions we are expanding our staff and seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to join the FSG National Accounts team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and can adapt to change. We are looking for career minded candidates who are willing to learn and grow with the company.

An Accounts Receivable Representative will:

• Accurately apply incoming cash receipts accordingly.
• Maintain communication with Account Managers, Credit Department and Branches of incoming receipts.
• Deposit all incoming receipts received at corporate in local bank via RDC.
• Input all incoming receipts received at branch locations and sent to corporate
• Research for branches as requested for application of checks
• Input information accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:

• High School Diploma with commensurate experience
• Entry level experience in A/R or A/P
• Must be able to type 55-60 WPM with excellent 10-key data entry
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to report to NAC offices 7:30am - 5pm M-F
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive customer service skills
