RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis & tracking, administrative, data collection, brief preparation, project scheduling and other similar support for complex DoD programs.
• The applicant will also perform special projects and non-routine tasks that require a tactful self-starter who is resourceful yet willing to ask questions when necessary.
• Will interact daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management related field from a regionally accredited University and a solid GPA.
• Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience, most notably in scheduling while using MS Project.
• Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance. Currently, this job opening cannot support a candidate without an existing DoD Secret or higher clearance.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in other MS Office products. (i.e. Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, and MS Excel.)

• Candidate must also be conscientious, tactful, well-organized, punctual, reliable, and capable of managing resources and schedules which affect deadlines.

BONUS POINTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in DoD industry is a big plus
• Prior military service also a huge plus!
