FSMB is seeking an entry-level System Analyst. As an Entry-Level Systems Analyst, you will join our IT team in examining and improving systems that are currently in place. This role will require exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the company, on both the business and technical side. If you are looking for a challenging technical role that is also customer facing, this could be the role for you! Key duties include:

  • Become a subject matter expert through examination and evaluation of current systems, applications, and functions
  • Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to analyze solutions for maintenance enhancements
  • Develop user stories that are clear and concise, with acceptance criteria that will be used to drive agile sprints
  • Research issues reported by internal customers and provide resolutions
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walk troughs with business and IT resources for maintenance enhancements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience
