The Inside Sales Representative reporting to the Inside Sales Manager is a key contributor to the commercial sales strategy for the Fidelis organization. This role is for an inside sales professional who is a hunter and passionate about selling security products, expanding Fidelis presence and driving sales activities within a geographic region. We are seeking candidates who have a rare mix of subject matter expertise, creative skills with a mindset to "do". The ideal candidate will love making connections, conversation and selling.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities primarily through marketing lead follow-up, outbound cold/warm calling, email communication and social media • Effectively manage timely and diligent follow up through phone, email and social communications with prospects • Develop a geographic territory, cultivate new relationships, educating prospects, and ultimately driving new sales opportunities.• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory• Identify potential sales opportunities and work with the Regional Sales Manager for further development and closure.• Work with the Inside Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet qualified opportunity targets• Present and demonstrate Fidelis solutions/services to information security experts.• Understand customer needs, requirements and effectively demonstrate strong knowledge of Fidelis’ products.• Maintain basic level of relevant industry knowledge
