The Collections Specialist will be responsible for collecting outstanding receivables from customers. The qualified candidate must have the capacity to form and maintain lasting relationships with our customer accounting contacts.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Responsible for all collections and follow-ups on past due invoices
• Responsible for communication on all pertinent invoicing documents
• Collaborate with finance and accounts receivable on customer onboarding and updates
• Assist with financial reporting as requested
