POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for inventorying and stocking medical supplies in patient care areas. Maintaining adequate supply levels on
all exchange carts, automated dispensing units and shelves. Where necessary complete patient charge data. Maintain
computerized inventory management by issuing and/or crediting supplies. Deliver and recover patient care equipment as
necessary.
Special Considerations/Age Specifications: Age legend not applicable. This position has no responsibility for the
assessment, treatment or care of patients. However, the ability to communicate and interact with patients of all ages is
required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience):
High School diploma or equivalent
Six months experience working with patient care supplies and equipment
Basic computer skills required
Good mathematical skills
Ability to communicate verbally or orally
Able to maintain productivity in stressful situations
