The Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk.  This is a high-volume position that will be processing Accounts Receivable for all locations in our North Aurora Accounting Office.  Join our professional team today! 

Job Responsibilities

• Research and receipt incoming checks to proper account.
• Follow up on any payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process credit card customer payments.
• Review schedules and work with management to resolve aging items.
• Print, review, and send monthly statements.
• Other tasks and assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years in an office/accounting environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting
• Works well independently and with a team
