GERALD AUTO GROUP Automotive Biller Salary in the United States

The Gerald Auto Group is looking for a motivated and organized candidate for our billing team! This Full-Time billing position is located in our newly remodeled Accounting Office in North Aurora. 

Job Responsibilities

• Post new and used retail deals into accounting.
• Calculate salesperson commissions.
• Submit rebates/incentives.
• Remit finance products.
• Reconcile reserve schedules.
• Issue customer payoffs, checks and ACH.
• Post funding notices.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing.
• Additional accounting duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and a high-energy, positive attitude. 
• Two years of dealership experience is preferred, but not required.  Will train the right candidate. 
• High school diploma is required.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
