Giving Assistant is seeking a bright, inspired, and personable individual to join our Brand Partnerships team. Our business is growing rapidly and presents unique, evolving challenges. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manage key brand relationships in an effort to sustainably maximize sales/commissions through advertising media opportunities and affiliate custom programs.
  • Identify and negotiate revenue opportunities, including:
    • CPA (cost per action) increases, media buys, exclusive codes, e-mails, custom landing pages, and other exclusive opportunities.
  • Manage deal flow and execution via IO’s and planning tools.
  • Oversee execution of initiatives, ensuring assets are captured, scheduled and executed.
  • Be responsible for customer success and manage a strong CRM database.
  • Curate and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, digital agencies, and affiliate network managers.
  • Work across internal departments, such as, Marketing & Product to ensure partners’ needs are being met.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3+ years of affiliate marketing and/or advertising sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of digital media space, selling flat fee and CPA increases
  • Understand ad placement performance metrics on a CTR scale
  • Proven success managing relationships with top Fortune 500 brands
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high performance team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident negotiator
  • Excellent multi-tasker able to coordinate several projects at once
  • Willing and able to travel approximately once per month (to attend industry events & client meetings)

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with major affiliate networks: Commission Junction, Rakuten Linkshare, Affiliate Window, Impact Radius, Share-A-Sale, Pepperjam, etc.
  • Experience working with advertising and/or affiliate agencies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Docs, and Wordpress
