Job Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for directing and administering the business development of a Branch through secondary market mortgage loan origination and personal lines insurance business. You will oversee branch personnel and operations, ensuring members are promptly and professionally served. Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.

Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar or related field required. Prior credit union experience preferred.
Education
High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
Licenses, Certifications & Training
Property and casualty insurance licenses are preferred; however, paid training and licensing is available. Incumbents should expect to obtain licensing within the first 3-6 months of employment. Goldenwest product knowledge courses and Goldenwest certifications must be completed as instructed, based on position.
Other Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication and public relations skills, strong working knowledge of secondary market lending, and property and casualty insurance, understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness, ability to manage and lead employees.
Physical Abilities & Working Conditions
Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally. Close vision as clear vision at 20 inches or less, and distance vision as clear vision at 20 feet or more. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Moderate noise such as business office with computers and printers, and light traffic.
