The Grace and Lace Operations Team is looking for a servant-hearted individual who leads by example. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively contribute to all areas of Grace and Lace operations - warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, and replenishment;

• Maintain bin and storage organization;
• Operate heavy warehouse equipment as needed to perform stock transfers and maintain warehouse organization (pallet jack, skyjack scissor lift, forklift);

• Oversee data accuracy in our warehouse software (WMS);

• Help create and improve processes that build on excellence and efficiency;
• Assist warehouse team as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse; and

• Build and maintain collaborative and effective relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and 50 pounds over head and maintain a high level of physical activity throughout the day;

• Proficiency using desktop and web-based software;

• Professional interpersonal and communication skills; and
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with warehouse software and systems; and
• 2 years warehouse experience.
