Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for a Digital Solutions Coordinator with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater.


About The Position:


The Digital Solutions Coordinator is responsible for the organization and delivery of member facing digital solutions relative to member experience including account on-line opening, ATM/ITM (live teller) performance and availability, mobile and online account access, PAT phone activated teller, remote deposit capture, and future product/service offerings. Oversight also includes reporting, trend and profitability analysis, participation in technology enhancement efforts including research of vendors/services and demos of products, and collaboration with internal and external business partners. Monitor and reply to the various channels of member feedback related to all digital solutions. Partner with various departments within the organization to answer questions about digital solutions services and products. This position will also support Digital Solution projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater."
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting on all digital channels to include availability, usage, trends and opportunities for increased utilization and enhanced member experience.
  • Make recommendations based on identified trends.
  • Maintain oversight and administration of designated digital channels to include user access, parameter changes, and workflow adjustments.
  • Involvement in implementation of projects including tracking and participating in testing.
  • Responsible for preparation, dissemination and analysis of digital solutions data to management and senior leadership.

  • Ability to analyze digital trends, make recommendations, and act as a subject matter expert for staff questions

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, mouse, multiple monitors, telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • You may be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
