Responsibilities:

We are looking for highly-motivated, intellectually curious problem solvers who are hungry for personal growth. Successful candidates are humble and eager to learn. They should also enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding, and constantly evolving entrepreneurial environment. Importantly, they are also fun to work with and have on a team - we have a strict ‘no jerks’ policy at Gro.

What You'll Do:

• Write marketing and sales material explaining Gro’s product, applications, and use cases under the supervision of the CEO and CRO

• Work with the sales and customer success teams to maintain and update our prospect database

• Work with sales to research new prospects and users and develop and implement appropriate engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Great writing skills, with an emphasis on making complex, technical subjects clear and accessible

• Comfort working alone to drive to deadlines, with ability to collaborate with colleagues as appropriate. 

• Basic understanding of data and statistics

• Good understanding of Google Sheets or Excel

Bonus Points:

• Interest in ag and food sectors, though deep knowledge not required

• Knowledge of SEO or Sales Operations
