About the Role
The Community & Customer Support Specialist will work with our Chief Experience Officer to be the online face of Happify. This person will build relationships with our members in the Happify community and help them with support issues they experience on the app and website. The Community & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for engaging followers across our social media channels and will be brainstorming ideas to engage and grow the Happify community across all platforms, as well as, supporting the marketing and content teams with other exciting projects. Additionally, this person will have the opportunity to assist the Chief Experience Officer on a number of ad-hoc projects across the organization.
This is a full time, New York City based position.
