Ops Coordinator - 3D pipeline (Contract)

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to add to our growing Operations team. This role will work with our Design Operations team to help grow and scale the operations around our 3D design program. A typical day will involve moving the project through the pipeline to completion to ensure both timely delivery and high-quality delivery, communicating with designers, and tracking program KPI’s.  Our ideal candidate is excited to execute on a variety of tasks, is incredibly detail-oriented, a great communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of 3D Operations, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to start a career in operations and get exposure to scale and growth in a high volume operation. 

This role will start as a three-month full-time contract working out of our Denver HQ. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• General
• Support the Sr. Operations Manager of 3D in scaling the number of 3D renderings we produce each month through new processes, systems, and tools
• Interact and communicate with various levels in the organization from individual contributors to contract designers and external vendors
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve blockers throughout the entire 3D pipeline to ensure our monthly goals are hit consistently
• Manage many simultaneous tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Operations
• Oversee flow of completed client designs through our 3D rendering pipeline
• Ensure our designers and 3D partners have all relevant information to successfully deliver results each month
• Publish standards for the program and ensure comprehension and compliance against those standards with all participating parties
• Assist in testing and refining new workflows as the volume of work through the pipeline ramps
• QA 3D work once complete;  provide feedback and make adjustments to those not meeting standards
• Meet 3D production goals each month
• Organize and inventory all completed work related to the program

• Project Management

• Maintain and grow current 3D pipeline using Havenly internal tools and processes
• Test new tools and processes for 3D work production and track all in process work and approved finished work
• Manage regular payments to our vendor partners who participate in this program

Key Job Qualifications:

• One year + of experience working at an online consumer brand or physical store retailer, preferably in the e-commerce space.
• Experience managing projects in Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp or like platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Proven excellence in attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Outstanding individual and team performer with an excellent track record of driving success.
• A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively when directed by a manager
