HAVENLY Contract Recruiter - Interior Designers Salary in the United States

Havenly, Inc. is a funded and fast growing consumer services start-up, located in the heart of Denver. We offer online interior design services that make decorating your home simple, affordable and accessible to everyone.

We’re growing and expanding! We've recently opened an Interior Design satellite office in Austin and are looking for a contract recruiter to join our team and help us find amazing Interior Designers in the Austin area to join us. The ideal candidate will have an inherent love for building relationships, superb communication skills, a desire to consistently exceed goals, creative sourcing strategies and a deep understanding that candidate experience rules above all else in the world of recruiting.

What you'll do:

• Help execute high-volume recruiting programs for our Interior Design office in Austin, TX.
• Engrain yourself in Austin creative talent markets to meet interior designers where they are, and get them interested in Havenly. 
• Source qualified passive candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while efficiently moving the interview process forward. 
• Engage design talent as their first point of contact with Havenly, and inspire them with your enthusiasm for the opportunity, our business and culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders , hiring managers, and HQ recruiting team to deeply understand hiring goals and needs
• Report out on hiring metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure a high touch and delightful candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders  

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years experience of successful high volume recruiting experience. '
• Extensive sourcing "toolbox", should have demonstrable experience utilizing resources beyond LinkedIn and job boards. 
• A true passion for finding the best matches of people and opportunities. 
• Ability to translate the team’s needs into an appropriate candidate profile.
• Persistence, creativity, resourcefulness and results-oriented mentality
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Very high attention to detail
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience with ATS Systems, preferably Greenhouse. 

This role will work remotely at an hourly contract rate.
