Columbia/Barnard Hillel is seeking an organized, detail oriented, and friendly professional to serve as our Administrative and Operations Associate. The Administrative and Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of our organization. From greeting prospective students to placing catering orders for student leaders, this person will be accountable for ensuring friendly, efficient, and accurate task completion and contributing to our positive, functional work environment and staff culture. This position is an excellent entrypoint to Hillel and Jewish communal work for someone who is passionate about the behind-the-scenes work that goes into building thriving Jewish communities. You will learn while you work. This position is filling a vacancy from a professional who was promoted.
The Administrative and Operations Associate will report to the Assistant Director and will work closely with the entire professional team. Ideal start date is July 1 but can be flexible for the right applicant.
