Customer Delivery Coordinator

The Customer Delivery Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.  The Customer Delivery Coordinator is responsible for initiating and processing all sold units for delivery to customers.  Provide some administrative support to the Service Department as well as keeping the sales team apprised of work progress. 

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure a thorough, professional demonstration takes place for each new RV owner
• Ensure all paperwork, keys, owner’s manual(s), warranties if applicable, etc. are available to new owners
• Ensure all relevant dealership personnel are aware of delivery process
• Actively engage in sales process to meet/greet at time of sale when available
• Ensure work status of sold units are progressing to meet set delivery time
• Advise sales managers and F&I managers of any delays of scheduled deliveries prior to set delivery time
• Back up service advisors when/if needed Remain continuously posted on the shop workload to determine ability to spot deliver when needed
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they are aware of their scheduled delivery time.
• Prepare New Customer Welcome bags
• Perform other essential duties and administrative functions as assigned

Education /Experience

• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Drug Screening
• Background Check
