JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the planning, coordinating, directing and supervising of day to day operations.

Reports To: CEO/Hosp Administrator

Classification: Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years previous Office Manager Experience required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects at the same time required

OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE

Office Environment

RESONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as the Executive Assistant to CEO, CFO and Sr. Leadership.
  • Serve as liaison to physician offices and community.
  • Assist in marketing and advertising functions: Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, course handouts, conferences, seminars, community events and reports; perform substantial editing and fact checking.
  • Assist in data entry as requested by Administration.
  • Maintain master project list and initiatives boards for hospital and ensure its coordination and progress.
  • Coordinates administrative duties for the executive team as needed.
  • Work with Administration to ensure resources are appropriately allocated for projects; coordination of special projects as assigned by Administration.
  • Assist CEO in development of strategic operational plans within the hospital to improve and reflect operational pillars.
  • Develop and monitor departmental process improvement plans as appropriate.
  • Create, maintain, modify, and/or ensure accuracy of content in various unit documents, displays, reports, brochures, social media, and/or websites.
  • May provide input on the development and implementation of departmental policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
  • May oversee support of administrative staff and coordinate activities of staff.
  • May be required to train or mentor other staff members.
