Associate Producer

IMVU is looking for an experienced Associate Producer with a game design background and exceptional organizational skills to help lead a large team creating a 3rd-person social experience app.  The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who likes learning new things and solving complex problems at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:

• Help art and engineering teams keep good Scrum boards in Jira
• Troubleshoot design and technical issues for multiple teams
• Communicate policy and tech issues clearly to the whole organization
• Implement ideas for rapid prototyping and feature exploration

Must Have:

• Shipped at least 2 games
• Worked with large teams
• Understand Agile development
• Worked as a game designer on at least 1 product
• Strong IDE skills (Unity, Unreal Engine, Source Engine, Crytek or equivalent)
• Good Scripting abilities (LUA, Python etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Scrum certification as master or owner
• Level design experience
• Understanding of animation, camera and controls issues for 3rd person avatars
• Practiced at triaging bugs and issues for game teams
