Associate Creative Directors provide vision for projects, encourage and critique along the way & oversees adherence to creative QA processes.

What are the responsibilities for the role?

• Supports the creative director to provide boots on the ground creative process oversight
• Works closely with creative director, client, account, strategy & engagement teams to understand the business objectives of our engagements
• Utilizes business objectives and marketing insights to partner with strategy, copy & design teams in the development of relevant, high-performance conceptual ideas and content strategies
• Creates and delivers engaging, compelling presentations internally & client facing
• Oversees development of design concepts through executions. Gathers information, discusses alternatives, gains approval and reviews design specifications.
• Intimately understands and insure alignment with client brand standards
• Partners with development teams to ensure creative concepts can be executed and are optimized for the customer journey.
• Understand and respond to performance data and steer the direction of future creative designs.

What are the required qualifications for the role?

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in design/retail/advertising/marketing
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating visual branding, marketing, and great user-centered design solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions to internal & external stakeholders
• An expert understanding of experience design trends
• Education in Design/Advertising or equivalent experience preferred
