INFOBLOX Business Analyst- Gainsight Salary in the United States

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst- Gainsight to join our Customer Success team, while also working with our Global Customer Care Operations team. This person will be responsible for day-to-day Gainsight administration such as managing user accounts, groups, workflows and settings, as well as analytics, collating and interpreting data from various sources.

To be successful in this role, the Business Analyst- Gainsight must have previous Gainsight experience, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Since this person will be working cross-functionally with other Infoblox teams, strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. They will also be helping to create our customer’s experience, so having a “customer centric” mindset is key. This position will be based in Tacoma, WA and report into Global Customer Care Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, groups, workflows and Gainsight settings
• Help prepare the Customer Success team for roll out of additional processes or functionality
• Utilize analytical skills to collate and interpret data from various sources
• Assess and prioritize alerts and respond or escalate accordingly
• Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a Subject Matter Expert partner and learn business needs and how it may impact Gainsight and Salesforce
• Be Customer Centric to the needs of our clients and how to create the best Customer Experience possible

Requirements:

• Understanding of Customer Success
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Previous Gainsight or other CSM platform experience
• Salesforce configuration and administration skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, robust analysis/quantitative skills
• Familiar with reviewing and understanding data used to build dashboards and reports
• Excellent critical thinking skills, able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
• Project management and task organization skills

Education:

• Master or bachelor’s degree in related area
