INNOVID Billing Analyst Salary in the United States

We are looking for a bright, hardworking, curious and passionate Billing Analyst to join our finance team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain invaluable hands-on experience with accounts receivable, resolving client issues and providing clarifications, booking payments and more, in an award winning digital advertising company.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to Global billing process and ensure it is done following the Monthly Closing schedule 
• Verifying new client and new campaign details working with sales and client services teams
• Assist with month end closing process providing: Accruals, Prepaids, or Deferred Revenue Details to accounting team
• Be the face of billing’s customer service to research, resolve and get customer invoices cleared
• Issue monthly reporting to internal teams for data refresh 
• Book incoming client payments and reconcile accounts
• Complete clients forms and related paperwork 
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist with billing related issues communicated by client facing ticketing system  
• Stay up to date with product developments, getting ahead of billing issues, strategizing to optimize the process

What You Will Need:

• 2 years of relevant experience (billing, collections, accounting, or other related field)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Previous experience working on international companies (multi-currency)
• Proficiency with accounting software packages
• Basic Excel skills (V-lookup & Pivot Tables)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated, quick learner able to work independently and in a team 
• Strong desire to learn and grow with us
