Description

Insight Wealth Strategies, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory firm in San Ramon, offering financial planning and investment management services to high net worth clients. Insight has been growing an average of 20% each year for the last 17 years and is composed of a team of 13 client-facing Financial Planners with an additional support staff of over 15 people. 

We are seeking an experienced DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This individual will report directly to our CEO and will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads. 

Responsibilities

• Own, plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including website redesign, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and search advertising
• Maintaining our social media and web presence across all digital channels, including optimizing user experience on our website, landing pages, etc. 
• Set, monitor, analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Experiment utilizing A/B and conversion tests
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies that result in increased lead generation
• Research, collaborate and communicate with vendor partners
• Identify new trends and emerging technologies to optimize performance and spend
• Write and pitch content 
• Dig through the trenches of Web analytics to unearth invaluable info about target clients
• Ensure campaigns and programs are implemented across all digital marketing channels
• Ensure content is compliance-approved, accurate, and continuously up to date
• Keep all channels updated with fresh, relevant and inviting content

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, NetInsight, etc.
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Certifications in analytics tools are preferred
• Experience in financial planning and/or wealth management is a plus
