Job Description- As a primary source of support for patients and clinic staff, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Complete Care in our Integrative Physical Medicine office. We'll rely on you to listen to our patients and staff while using your passion for customer service and patient care to assist with and report any questions, issues, or concerns to the Practice Manager. We not only want you here to help assist requests but more importantly to provide an incredible patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker, who is ambitious and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities will include:

• In-office when Practice Manager is not in the office location

• Hosting morning meetings with all office clinical staff members

• Assisting administrative and other various roles throughout the clinic with daily tasks and duties

• Addressing patient billing and attorney inquires

• Ensuring Complete Care policies and procedures are followed by staff members

• Reporting patient and staff observations to Practice Manager

Full-time position hours:  

Monday: 7:30 AM -11:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM 

Tuesday: 12 PM - 730 PM 

Wednesday: 7:30 AM-11:30 AM and 2:30 PM -6:30 PM 

Thursday: 12 PM – 7:30 PM 

Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
