INTOUCH HEALTH Financial Analyst Salary in the United States

This position assists the Manager, FP&A with monthly commission calculations, annual budget process, monthly budget to actual variance analysis, revenue and cash forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly commission reporting process
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget process
• Assist with budget to actual variance analysis and preparation of appropriate reports
• Assist with the cash forecasting process including partnering with business leaders to update the forecast
• Maintain monthly ratable revenue and cost worksheet to ensure integrity of data
• Perform reconciliation of accounts between financial system, revenue worksheet and sales/contract system
• Assist in monthly close preparation
• Proactively identify and execute continued process improvements and documentation
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities
• Team Player with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience involving budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Degree in accounting or finance required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience building financial models involving complex formulas
• Experienced with systems such as Host Analytics, Microsoft Great Plains and Salesforce
• Knowledge of GAAP preferred
