We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to support our marketing and sales initiatives. Through the design of eBooks, collateral, slide decks, webpages, digital ads and more, your creative work will help to improve the prospective customer experience and drive the next stage of our growth journey. You'll be joining at an exciting time as iSpot undergoes a brand refresh, and will be instrumental in shaping the new iSpot visual identity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling designs that persuade and engage iSpot customers and prospects
• Create marketing collateral, e-books, webpages, digital ads and more that align with iSpot design standards
• Combine data and visual design to create insightful infographics and other interactive content assets
• Improve the website experience, centered around new customer acquisition using a variety of data sources
• Design and create web assets, including but not limited to, web banners, landing pages, and email/newsletter templates
• Assist in user experience design for our public-facing application
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and staying on top of industry trends and the design of iSpot competitors

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of work experience in graphic design and web design

• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite

• Experience with web development (HTML/CSS), Wordpress, and preferably Pardot
• Experience in motion graphics preferred
• Strong understanding of digital design (responsive design and grid systems) and sense of typography and visual hierarchy

• Ability to visually communicate complex concepts using graphics, diagrams, and other creative elements

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities and communicate progress
• Strong attention to detail
• Fast learner and ability to deliver quality work often on quick turnarounds

• Organized, good with time management, and ability to prioritize workload
• Proven track record, and portfolio of, creating engaging and valuable B2B designs

• You accept and respond well to constructive feedback. You’re passionate about your work and executing it to perfection.
