WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
James Capital Advisors is an energetic, ambitious and fast growing commercial real estate brokerage looking to bring on board a Transaction Coordinator. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing world class customer service from the start of the listing to the closing, all while ensuring a successful and enjoyable transaction for our exceptional clients. We will provide extensive training as needed. Prior experience and a valid Real Estate License are required for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved in an Escrow
  • Prepare and coordinate transaction paperwork and documents
  • Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details 
  • Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
  • Careful attention to file review requirements
  • Maintain the highest levels of organization, filing and record-keeping
  • Manage all of Agents’ opportunities in Salesforce, incl. data entry and tracking
  • Conduct market research and write highlights for marketing packages
  • Review marketing packages 
  • Provide clients with weekly updates on listings, marketing efforts and escrows
  • Track and follow up on marketing campaigns 
  • Occasional support with travel & hotel booking for Agents’ business trips

THE RIGHT PERSON WOULD HAVE:
  • A valid CA DRE Salesperson license
  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate 
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • A commitment to excellence
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
