SUMMARY: Be the JGI Ambassador! Build trust and acts as support for clients and vendors, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with clients.
• Gather job information details needed for operations to execute projects as specified.
• Estimating and Project management.
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Develop robust knowledge of all products and services
• Update and maintain client marketing materials.
• Participation in trade shows and special events as required.
• Be a barometer for the company with dealers/distributors
• Ensure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.
• Provide insight to management team on pricing strategies and promotions to bolster greater long-term sales and customer retention.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them.
• Monitor the JGI industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
• Work closely with marketing department to help build the JGI brand.
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
Required: At least high school diploma or GED
Preferred: Some post-secondary training.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Experience in a customer service/ sales driven industry, including, but not limited to, the areas of inside and/or outside sales, assistant to sales, marketing, sales, and administration.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

- Knowledge of customer service and administration duties.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Ability to deal with all levels of customer and internal staff.
