We are currently looking for an effective, knowledgeable, and committed Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the effective and profitable managing and of the day-to-day aspects of all warehouse personnel and operations.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Control and manage inventory with an accuracy level of 99%
• Enforce all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures with HR
• Ensure orders ship on-time to appropriate destinations with correct quantities
• Development of warehouse team by selecting, orientating, and training employees with HR
• Management of warehouse team by appraisals, coaching, counseling, mentoring, monitoring and disciplinary actions with HR
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
• Ensure compliance with all shipping and inventory SOPs.

 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain related field
• 3-5 years in warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management, with 3 years of supervisory experience including evaluating, mentoring, and developing supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
• Strong change management skills.
• Deadline awareness and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and inventory management software

Physical demands and abilities

• Write documents, reports, etc. using a writing instrument (e.g., pencil, pen) or computer.

• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
