K2M Design is growing!  We are seeking an Architectural Associate in the Baltimore, Maryland market. 

K2M Design is a high growth, award winning, entrepreneurial design firm that is nationally focused. K2M provides a one-stop shop for clients, specializing in architecture, engineering, interior design, and assessments.

As an Architectural Associate your main responsibility will be developing design and technical solutions under supervision of licensed and experienced staff.  

Essential Responsibilities include: 

• Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer.

• Draws finished designs from sketches

• Uses computer assisted drafting (CAD) and Revit equipment and software to prepare project documents.

• Continues to complete required education requirements, with near term goal of getting licensed.

• Continues to work towards completing the requirements of the Architectural Experience  Program (AXP).

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or Master’s degree (M.A.)  in Architecture from a five year NAAB accredited College / University 

• 5+ years of work experience in the field of Architecture.
