Position Summary: The Administrative Services Assistant is responsible for all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, electronic deposits and transfers as well as importing electronic placement, payment and recall files for our organization.

Interpersonal Responsibilities
1. Completes any tasks and/or projects assigned professionally and in a timely manner
2. Complies with all applicable laws & agreements
3. Possesses a positive attitude and is self-motivated
4. Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills
5. Assures KeyBridge’s positive reputation is established and maintained through professional interactions and strong relationships with clients, patients, employees, management and the public. Fosters relationships with team members
6. Encourages and seeks opportunities for collaborative efforts, seeks understanding of issues, anticipates and troubleshoots problems, and resolves urgent and ongoing matters
Operational Responsibilities
1. Performs accounting functions
2. Imports and tracks electronic new account placements
3. Generates acknowledgements for new account placements
4. Generates daily performance reports
5. Submits electronic transactions via on-line banking
6. Serves as a resource regarding questions about payment discrepancies
7. Generates payment coupons for consumers
8. Gathers and submits electronic payment data to the VP of Operations
9. Processes accounts from early out to bad debt
10. Assists the Administrative Services Department in answering incoming calls and assisting customers at the front desk
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting required
• Experience with Quickbooks would be a plus.
• Excellent level of interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Works with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time management skills
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also recognizing the need to function as part of a larger team
