KNOWBE4 Configuration & Deployment Administrator Salary in the United States

The Configuration & Deployment Administrator role is responsible for the configuration, security and deployment of all endpoint management systems. In addition, they are the administrator of user access administration as well license management and assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and deploy systems and software responsible for management and deployment of end-user equipment (laptops, desktops, BYOD)
• Deploy and enforce best practice standards for all device management, user control, and system access
• Administer user access to SaaS systems and user enrollment in services
• Administer and enforce license assignment 
• Develop and maintain user provisioning and deprovisioning through SSO
• Setup and maintain access between SaaS services and SSO providers
• Document system, configuration, and deployment 
• Perform audit and compliance reporting for system access, least privileged access control, and device access
• Assist in research of technology trends in the areas of user access, device management, access control, and system deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work-related experience with minimum 3-5 years hands-on technical experience in a similar capacity supporting production business environments 
• 1-3 years in a system administration role
• Experience with MDM management and deployment solutions (JAMF, Intune, Google Workspace)
• Experience in administration of directory services (Azure, G Suite)
• Experience with asset tracking systems including CMDB
• Experience in Single Sign On administration and configuration
• ITIL certification a plus
• Certification in any MDM a plus
• Certification in A+ a plus
• Proven ability to administer complex systems
• Skills in researching and maintaining system best practices
• Strong time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Customer service oriented with a problem solving attitude
• Strong skills in mentoring and training IT technical skills to employees
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
