  • Experience coaching field hockey - running effective practices

  • Be able to lift heavy equipment and supplies 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with all field hockey programs - Clinics, Rec League, DT, Club 

  • Be on the field about 20 hours a week 

    • Can be more or less depending on the season 

  • Design and run effective practices

  • Be the face of Koa Field Hockey on the fields 

  • Design a college recruiting plan for players 

  • Assist with administrative tasks (equipment inventory etc.)

  • Organize and set up Private Lessons 

  • Run and post regularly on FH social accounts

  • Creating partnerships to recruit new players 

  • Be at Summer Camp (full days)
