Seeking a professional, experienced apartment maintenance technician.

The apartment maintenance technician is responsible for the physical integrity of each of our properties ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. They are at the core of the resident experience.

Job duties

• Perform routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs
• Assist with maintaining grounds
• Assist with moving appliances, furniture

Experience required in all aspects of maintenance and construction including:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Gas
• Painting
• Flooring (carpet, tile)
• Irrigation systems
• Alarm systems
• Drywall and carpentry

Minimum qualifications:

• Professional
• Experienced in all aspects of home maintenance and construction
• Self-motivated and work independently
• Able to communicate well
• Able to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Detail oriented
