The Ledbury E-Commerce Merchandising Manager is responsible for the onsite customer experience at Ledbury.com.  The E-Commerce Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing a best in class product that will deliver substantial growth and profitability to the Ledbury brand.  Ledbury is looking for someone that can intuitively grasp and apply the appropriate design and functionality of the Ledbury website, who will possess a broad business acumen, and can operate with a creative mindset to manage the digital customer experience.

 

 

You Will:

  • Oversee the Ledbury E-commerce experience to increase engagement and conversion rates; drive revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and implement new opportunities to drive sales, visibility and efficiencies, including site functionality and design
  • Identify and implement modifications to improve the existing platform or assist in sourcing new solutions.  Manage relationship with external development resources to help prioritize website updates and `
  • Oversee measurement strategy to track the performance of all inbound traffic; design test strategies and refine creative assets to optimize results
  • Work to optimize product positioning and presentation throughout the site, to align with active marketing campaigns and merchandising/inventory priorities.
  • Work with Creative and Marketing teams to develop campaign-specific landing experiences for users and segments
  • Responsible for tracking, measuring and communicating online website behavior.  Working with the entire organization to improve conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Oversee merchandising of the online store.  Work with production team to set-up, activate and deactivate products – when necessary – in the e-commerce store. 
  • Work with Buyer to execute markdown and clearance promotional strategy at the product and category levels, on a seasonal basis. 
  • Act as main point of contact in the organization for all matters related to E-commerce.  Driving change and optimization through regularly scheduled meetings and running ad-hoc E-commerce focused projects.

  • Knowledge of User behavior testing
  • Strong interest in learning more about the digital retail landscape and the ability to quickly pick up and implement new skills
  • Strong communication skills - ability to explain complex ideas and strategies to uninformed groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams both inside and outside the organization
  • Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior
  • Experience with software implementation
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with underlying technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions
