 The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of print and digital projects from inception through delivery. This will include development of project plans and budgets, scheduling, and budget tracking, all with a high attention to detail. This position will partner with various teams across the agency to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing multiple projects and processes through to completion.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Participate in intake, documentation, development of strategic recommendations, and other tasks during the strategy phase of projects.
• Organize and participate in project meetings with the client.
• Facilitate the design, content development, development, and quality assurance process during project implementation phase.
• Develop, manage, and recommend changes to budgets to accommodate the shifting emphases of projects.
• Develop project timelines and monitor and adjust as necessary; share and communicate with team members and the client.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• Identify, research and implement new tools and processes as needed.
• Work with Executive Creative Director, new business, and account management teams to develop work plans and budget for new business and client proposals.
• Monitor and update project plans using agency software (e.g., Workamajig, Done Done, Basecamp) on a regular basis.
• Identify enhancements for current work and potential growth opportunities throughout project lifespan.
• Adhere to best practices in project management including regular client meetings, documentation, and project briefs.
• Participate in agency short-term forecasting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising agency, public relations, or management consulting setting.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate project goals, and tasks.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and perform resource allocations.
• Proficient with project management software, Excel, Word, ticket management systems
• Print and digital project management experience preferred
