SUMMARY: Working with the Institutional Advancement and Admissions teams, the Administrative Assistant supports the execution of a wide range of administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Admissions, the Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the team, coordinating the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships. They will be committed to supporting the IAA team, comfortable in a start-up and evolving environment, and have the ability to help the team stay organized and complete tasks in a timely manner.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMPETENCIES: Must be detail-minded and have good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to proofread own work for grammar and spelling. Must be able to work well independently and with others.
