The Bankruptcy & Loan Services Representative provides administrative support to the Bankruptcy and Loan Services and Loan Resolution teams by responding to members’ credit bureau disputes and meeting FCRA and Metro 2 compliance requirements. Responds to validation of debt requests; processes approved consumer loan charge-offs; processes Repossession and Bankruptcy notices. Provides the highest level of consistently excellent service to internal customers, co-workers, and members and consistently demonstrates tact and courtesy.
