What You’ll Do
Your mission as Account Executive is to execute and refine an outbound sales strategy to further grow our market share in the workplace engagement market. You will successfully sell our technology platform to key stakeholders inside of enterprise to medium-sized corporations.
How You’ll Do It
You will grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing corporate client accounts. You will lead prospective clients through all phases of the sales cycle and handoff to the Account Management team once you’ve secured the commitment.
Prospect
• Research & develop prospect list
• Identify Key Stakeholder(s) within each prospect
• Research Key Stakeholders for customized outreach
• Develop relationships with strategic partners (e.g., wellness benefits Consultants/Brokers)
Connect
• Cold Outreach: Phone, Email, LinkedIn
• Respond to inbound leads generated within 15 minutes
• Articulate LulaFit Live’s value proposition, unique differentiators & brand promises.
• Setting “Intro Call / Demonstration” appointments with Key Stakeholder(s)
• Attending targeted networking events (including virtual)
Intro/Demonstration
• Additional research on prospect and additional key stakeholders prior to intro call
• Send agenda to Key Stakeholder(s)
• Identify current state, desired future state, pains & desired gains of prospects
• Demonstration of LulaFit Live to key stakeholder(s)
Proposal
• Present LulaFit Live’s products & services
• Present pricing structure
• Schedule “Final Proposal Review” w/ additional Key Stakeholders (Closed Loop)
Final Review
• Restate current state, desired future state, pains & desired gains of prospects
• Responsible for scheduling “Closed Loop” (day & time in calendar)
Additional
• Detailed Documentation of all Sales Activities in CRM
• Partner effectively with our internal marketing team to refine our sales collateral and supporting materials needed to most effectively position our technology platform

Desired Skills & Experience
• 4+ years experience of technology sales (preferably SaaS platforms) to a diverse customer base
• 3+ years of experience selling to the enterprise to medium-sized companies (C-Suite)
• Proven success and expertise in growing new business
• Software: required to have intermediate experience within HubSpot (or comparable CRM), Google Suite email + apps, Zoom, Slack, and LinkedIn. PandaDocs (preferred)
